Mattress disposal and box spring haul-away
A mattress will not fit in a bin, most curbside services will not take one, and a queen set will not go in a sedan. We take mattresses and box springs in every size, bagged before they leave the bedroom.

When the delivery crew says no
Soiled or stained mattress? We will take it.
Retail delivery crews work to a store condition policy. If your old mattress is stained or soiled, that policy usually means they leave it behind - often on the day the new one arrives, with no warning and no plan B.
That is a normal pickup for us. Our teams carry mattress bags and know how to handle these properly: the mattress is bagged and sealed where it stands, then carried out without touching your floors, walls or doorframes. There is no surcharge for it.
- Bags carried on every mattress job, so nothing is left to chance.
- Bagged and sealed in the room, not dragged through the house first.
- Book it yourself - you do not need the store's permission or a second visit from them.
One hard limit: infestation
What we take
Twin, full, queen, king and California king mattresses; box springs on their own; and mattress-and-box-spring sets, which count as one item at the set price. Split box springs count as one set. Bed frames and headboards are priced as furniture, so add them as separate items if they are going too.
Why mattresses have to be bagged
A mattress picks up whatever it touches on the way out, and it touches a lot: doorframes, banisters, the hallway wall. Bagging it first keeps that off your home and off the next customer's. Bags are inexpensive and sold at hardware and moving-supply stores, and our teams carry them, so you do not have to hunt one down before we arrive.
What we cannot take
Bedbugs or any other active infestation. This is not a pricing question - an infested mattress contaminates the truck and every pickup after yours. If there is any doubt, tell us before you book rather than on the day.
Replacing a mattress this week?
If a new mattress is being delivered, the old one usually has to be out of the room first. Tell us the retailer and delivery window and our Before-Delivery Haul-Away Guarantee plans around it: a delivery window opening before 11:00 a.m. means we come the previous day; later than that and we take a window finishing at least 90 minutes ahead of yours.

Mattress disposal questions
Does my mattress need to be bagged?
It has to be sealed in a bag before it is carried through a home. Bags are sold at hardware and moving-supply stores, and our teams carry them as well, so you do not have to source one. The one hard limit is bedbugs or any other active infestation - we cannot take those under any circumstances.
My delivery crew refused to take my old mattress because it was stained. Can you?
Yes. Retail delivery crews work to a store condition policy, and a stain or soiling is often enough for them to leave the old mattress behind. That is a normal pickup for us: we carry mattress bags, bag and wrap it on site, and take it out without it touching your floors or walls. Book it like any other item and choose the soiled or stained condition so the team arrives ready.
How much does furniture haul-away cost?
Pricing is per item, not per truckload. A sofa starts at $179, a sectional at $249, a mattress or box spring at $119, and most appliances at $129. Those prices are the same in every county we serve - there is no travel surcharge. You see the full breakdown before you book, including any stair charges.
Can you take my old furniture out before my new furniture arrives?
Yes, that is the Before-Delivery Haul-Away Guarantee. Tell us your retailer and delivery window when you book. If your delivery window opens before 11:00 a.m. we come the previous day; if it opens later, we take a window that finishes at least 90 minutes before the delivery window begins.
What is the difference between inside pickup and curbside?
Curbside means the item is already outside - at the curb, in the driveway or just outside the door - and we load it without entering your home. That takes $20 off your price. Inside pickup means our team carries it out of the room it is in. Both are available; choose whichever suits you when you book.
