We schedule three-hour arrival windows, not exact arrival times. The guarantee means your old item is removed before your confirmed retailer delivery window begins, subject to the booking terms.
Book a before-delivery pickupBuying from a store?
Furniture, mattress and appliance retailers send us their customers so the old piece is gone before the truck arrives. Your salesperson may have given you a code - enter it when you book.
Mattress turned down on condition? If a delivery crew would not take your old mattress because it did not meet the store's policy on soiling, that is a normal pickup for us. We carry bags and handle it properly.

Before you book
How much does furniture haul-away cost?
Pricing is per item, not per truckload. A sofa starts at $179, a sectional at $249, a mattress or box spring at $119, and most appliances at $129. Those prices are the same in every county we serve - there is no travel surcharge. You see the full breakdown before you book, including any stair charges.
Can you take my old furniture out before my new furniture arrives?
Yes, that is the Before-Delivery Haul-Away Guarantee. Tell us your retailer and delivery window when you book. If your delivery window opens before 11:00 a.m. we come the previous day; if it opens later, we take a window that finishes at least 90 minutes before the delivery window begins.
Is same-day pickup available?
Same-day windows are offered across most of San Diego County when you book before 1:00 p.m. and capacity is open, for a $50 priority charge. In practice that means the 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. window, since the earlier ones have already started. Outside San Diego County, and in the backcountry, pickups are scheduled ahead. Your ZIP code determines what you are actually offered.
What is the difference between inside pickup and curbside?
Curbside means the item is already outside - at the curb, in the driveway or just outside the door - and we load it without entering your home. That takes $20 off your price. Inside pickup means our team carries it out of the room it is in. Both are available; choose whichever suits you when you book.
Does my mattress need to be bagged?
It has to be sealed in a bag before it is carried through a home. Bags are sold at hardware and moving-supply stores, and our teams carry them as well, so you do not have to source one. The one hard limit is bedbugs or any other active infestation - we cannot take those under any circumstances.
My delivery crew refused to take my old mattress because it was stained. Can you?
Yes. Retail delivery crews work to a store condition policy, and a stain or soiling is often enough for them to leave the old mattress behind. That is a normal pickup for us: we carry mattress bags, bag and wrap it on site, and take it out without it touching your floors or walls. Book it like any other item and choose the soiled or stained condition so the team arrives ready.
Do I have to be home for the pickup?
Not for a curbside or driveway pickup. Leave the item accessible, tell us where it is in the special instructions, and we will send photo confirmation when it is gone. For anything inside the home, someone 18 or older needs to be there to let the team in.
Do you disassemble furniture?
Yes, at no extra charge. Bed-frame bolts, sofa legs, sectional connectors - if something has to come apart to get out of the room, that is part of the job, not an add-on. Tick the box on the item step so the team arrives with the right tools.
