We do one thing: get large household items out of homes across San Diego, Orange County and the Inland Empire. Furniture, mattresses, box springs and appliances. Not mixed junk, not construction debris, not a garage full of odds and ends.

Why specialise

General junk removal is priced by volume, because a truckload of unknown contents cannot be quoted any other way. That works fine for a clear-out, and badly for one sofa. You end up buying a fraction of a truck you did not need, quoted by someone who has to visit first to see what they are dealing with.

Because we only take items we can name, we can publish a price for each one. A sofa is a sofa. A queen mattress is a queen mattress. You see the number before you book, and the only things that move it are the ones you tell us about: stairs, whether you need same-day priority, and whether the item is inside or already at the curb. Distance does not change it, and neither does taking something apart.

What makes a large-item pickup go wrong

Almost never the truck. It is the doorway that is two inches too narrow, the staircase with a turn at the bottom, the freight elevator nobody reserved, the gate code nobody shared. It is the gas dryer that was never disconnected, and the appliance still full of water.

That is why the booking flow asks the questions it does, and why we ask for photos. Everything we learn before the day is something that does not become a problem on it - and it is what lets the price on your screen be the price you actually pay.

Working around deliveries

A large share of our work exists because someone bought new furniture. The new piece is coming Thursday, the old one has to be gone by Thursday, and the delivery crew will not take it. Our Before-Delivery Haul-Away Guarantee is built for exactly that: tell us the retailer and the delivery window, and we schedule backwards from it.

How we talk about ourselves

You will not find review counts, star ratings or landfill-diversion statistics on this site. Not because we are not proud of the work, but because we are not going to publish a number we cannot show you the working for. When we have verified figures worth quoting, they will appear here with their source.
