Riverside County Furniture, Mattress & Appliance Removal

Riverside County is where our inland work started, and it now stretches from Temecula and Murrieta a hundred miles east to the desert resort cities. Crews are based in the county, so the price is the same at both ends of it.

Scheduling here

Riverside County is scheduled ahead - same-day is not offered anywhere in the county. The mountain communities and the Colorado River corridor are not covered.

Are you in our Riverside County area?

Temecula and Murrieta

These two share one route and schedule together, which is why they show similar availability. Housing here is newer and larger than our coastal markets: wide doorways, two-car garages, generous stairwells. Good news for a sectional, and it means more of the work is whole-room rather than single-item.

It also means bigger furniture. Oversized sectionals, king sets and second-living-room suites are routine. Book them on one visit - every item after the first is discounted.

Wine country, De Luz and the outlying properties

Addresses east of Temecula and up toward De Luz add real drive time, and some have long private driveways or gates set well back from the road. If your driveway is unpaved, steep or too narrow for a box truck, say so in the special instructions and we will plan the vehicle and the carry accordingly.

For properties like these an earlier window is usually the better choice. It gives the team room if the approach turns out to be slower than the map suggests.

Menifee, Hemet, Lake Elsinore and central Riverside County

The inland route continues north through Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Menifee, Sun City, Canyon Lake and out to Hemet and San Jacinto. Much of this is newer tract housing and active-adult communities, which usually means single-storey homes, attached garages and straightforward access.

Appliances are a bigger share of the work here than anywhere else we run. The rule that matters is disconnection: water, gas and electrical connections must be safely disconnected before we arrive, by you or by someone qualified. Gas dryers and gas ranges are the most common reason a pickup cannot go ahead on the day, and it is entirely avoidable with a plumber booked the week before.

Riverside, Corona and Moreno Valley

The county's metro core is a planned run rather than an add-on to a San Diego day. Housing is a mix of older central Riverside neighbourhoods with narrow interior stairs and newer tract developments with wide doors - two quite different jobs that we price the same way, because the item is what it is.

Corona and Norco sit on the same run. If you are in a hillside development off Green River or up toward Sierra Del Oro, mention the driveway grade when you book. A steep, narrow driveway changes which vehicle we send, and we would rather know than improvise.

The pass and the Coachella Valley

Banning, Beaumont and Calimesa sit at the top of the pass, and beyond them Palm Springs, Palm Desert, La Quinta and Indio run out into the desert. They are a long way from the coast, but they are not a long way from our Riverside County crews, so a sofa costs the same in Indio as it does in Temecula.

Summer heat is the real constraint out here rather than distance. Early windows are kinder to everyone, and they fill first, so book ahead if you want one.

Where we stop in Riverside County

We do not run Idyllwild, Mountain Center, Anza or Aguanga. Those are mountain roads with grades and seasonal conditions, and a local hauler who is already up there will serve you better than a truck sent from San Diego.

We also do not run Blythe, Ripley or Desert Center. The Colorado River corridor sits far outside where any of our crews are based, and we would rather say so than send someone half a day away. Check your ZIP code above and, if we do not cover it, leave your email. That list is exactly how we decide where to open next.

Riverside County questions

Is same-day pickup available?

Same-day windows are offered across most of San Diego County when you book before 1:00 p.m. and capacity is open, for a $50 priority charge. In practice that means the 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. window, since the earlier ones have already started. Outside San Diego County, and in the backcountry, pickups are scheduled ahead. Your ZIP code determines what you are actually offered.

How do the arrival windows work?

We schedule three-hour windows - 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do not promise an exact arrival time. Your team calls or texts when they are on the way.

How much does furniture haul-away cost?

Pricing is per item, not per truckload. A sofa starts at $179, a sectional at $249, a mattress or box spring at $119, and most appliances at $129. Those prices are the same in every county we serve - there is no travel surcharge. You see the full breakdown before you book, including any stair charges.

Can you take my old furniture out before my new furniture arrives?

Yes, that is the Before-Delivery Haul-Away Guarantee. Tell us your retailer and delivery window when you book. If your delivery window opens before 11:00 a.m. we come the previous day; if it opens later, we take a window that finishes at least 90 minutes before the delivery window begins.

What we take: furniture, mattresses and box springs, appliances. Other areas: San Diego County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County.
