We are a large-item specialist. Everything below is something a two-person team can carry out of a home safely, and everything below has a published price. If your item is not here, ask us - we would rather tell you no before you book than on the day.

Soiled and stained mattresses included
If a retail delivery crew would not take your old mattress because it failed the store's condition policy, we will. Our teams carry mattress bags and handle these properly - bagged and sealed in the room before it moves. No surcharge. Bedbugs and other active infestations remain the one thing we cannot transport. Kitchen and laundry appliances, disconnected and ready to go.

Disconnect first
Appliances must be empty, dry and disconnected before we arrive. Water, gas and electrical connections have to be safely disconnected by you or a qualified party - our teams move appliances, they do not disconnect utilities.
What we are not
We are not a general junk-removal company. We do not do garage clean-outs, estate clear-outs of mixed contents, yard waste, bagged household trash or construction debris. Those jobs need a different truck and a different crew, and a hauler who specialises in them will do a better job than we would.
